Do you provide priority shipping?
Yes, we do provide priority shipping. When placing your order, you can select from the shipping either Standard Insured Shipping, or Priority Shipping.
How long does it take to process an order? When will I receive my Order?
Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends.
Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed within 1-5 business days after the Holiday.
We strive to process your order within 1-3 business days after you place your order.
All international orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or USPS depending on the package. Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 2 weeks after leaving our warehouse. This may vary depending on the Customs process in the destination country and courier service processing.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally using a China warehouse.
What currency do I pay in?
You will pay in Euros, British Pounds, and US Dollars.

How do I change my address?
In-order to change your address, you need to send us an email from your email id that you used at checkout. Simply write to us at [email protected] Please note after 24 hours of your order placement, we are unable to change the address as it goes in processing and is handed over to the courier service. However we would suggest letting us know as sometimes there are possibilities that we can change your address. For change in email, you can do it any time you want.
